Data Minimization
RXI uses data minimization and collects only what is reasonably necessary for youth soccer registrations, communications, eligibility, safety, and event operations.
Proof-of-Age Review
Uploaded proof-of-age documents are processed for eligibility verification. Raw proof-of-age documents are not retained longer than necessary for that review step.
Operational Records That May Be Retained
RXI may retain verification results, confirmation IDs, credential status, eligibility outcomes, and audit history where needed to support safety, program integrity, and event administration.
Annual Review Approach
Most operational records are reviewed annually and purged, minimized, or archived after the active soccer season or program year unless they are still needed. This annual review aligns with youth soccer season-year eligibility and RXI's data minimization approach.
Intake Requests
Intake requests that do not convert into active registrations or program participation may be deleted or archived after the program year.
Children's Information
RXI and Raptors Soccer Foundation collect only information reasonably necessary to administer youth soccer programs, player eligibility, communications, safety, and event operations.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for submitting information for minor participants.
